In-Network Coverage

I am an “in-network” provider with the following insurance companies. Clients covered under these insurances are only responsible for the copayment.

Out-of-Network Coverage

If you are not covered by one of the insurance companies listed above, you may receive partial reimbursement from your insurance company if your plan covers services with “out-of-network providers.” I can provide a monthly receipt, which you can submit to the insurance carrier for reimbursement. Ask your insurance company if your plan provides “out of network” outpatient mental health services.
